Pre-engineered gas absorption systems to meet your specific needs
For standard applications, Verantis offers a line of pre-engineered gas absorption scrubber systems. The systems are self-contained with a small footprint to accommodate limited floor space and safety concerns. The MS series miniscrubber is suitable for small to medium gas flows and utilizes a special gas sparger design that eliminates the need for a recirculation system. The GKP Series Packed Tower has a special internal pump shelf that allows the recycle pump to be installed within the scrubber shell. Both units have top mounted fans and do not require interconnecting ductwork.
MS Miniscrubber Features:
- Available in 7 standard sizes from 500 to 7,000 CFM.
- Greater than 90-95% removal for soluble/reactive gases.
- Completely preassembled including a control panel and automation.
- Includes a top-mounted exhaust fan.
- Fabricated of lightweight, corrosion-resistant polypropylene.
- Special gas sparger eliminates the need for a recirculation pump and spray nozzles.

- Available in standard sizes from 900 to 10,000 CFM.
- Utilizes high-efficiency Tellerette Tower Packing.
- Removal efficiency as high 99.9% for soluble/reactive gases.
