Often when we examine initial requests, our team may notice that what a customer is asking for is not actually what they need. When that happens, we'll contact the customer to clarify their needs so that we can offer recommendations as to the best way to fulfill them.
This is where our staff background in Chemical Engineering can make all the difference in the world for a customer. These talented individuals understand the process and can customize a solution that will work in the real world and according to budget.
Many of our competitors don't have the capability or don't take the time to perform this engineering examination. They will simply quote what the customer asks for...regardless of whether or not it will actually work.
We don't have any interest in selling a system that may not meet your needs. We've developed many systems for many different applications and know what is going to work in the real world. Our customers don't always have this background, so we can help make sure they don't end up with a design that works only on paper.

Outside of the engineering examinations we perform with new orders, you can also take advantage of our engineering expertise for a fee. Your staff might be overburdened with work. Perhaps you are decreasing your engineering staff or experiencing retirements and other losses of experienced staff members. A younger, inexperienced crew can't always handle more complex situations, and we can fill that gap for you.
