Efficiently control sticky, oily, or liquid aerosol emissions in industrial exhaust streams with a range of high-performance filtration media for aerosol collection applications from Verantis®. Engineered for maximum removal efficiency, these media capture liquid aerosols by agglomerating them into larger droplets, which are then removed downstream using a conventional mesh-style mist eliminator.

Primarily used in Verantis HEAF aerosol removal systems, our filtration media is also compatible with other manufacturers’ aerosol removal equipment, making it a versatile solution for a wide variety of applications.

Filtration Media Options for Industrial Aerosols:

  • Fiberglass Filter Media: Ideal for oily or sticky aerosols, such as those produced in asphalt or plasticizer operations.
  • Polyester Filter Media: Best suited for applications involving fats (cooking or frying) or wet/saturated gas streams.
