Verantis' Singapore Office Patent Pending for Innovations in Scrubber Performance
Verantis announced today that it continues to develop new methods and product offerings to support environmental control solutions, with a pending patent for an improved method of gas scrubbing. The development of this innovation was led by Rajesh Ganeshan, Director of Asia Sales.
This innovation in air and gas scrubbing provides a method for scrubbing acidic exhaust, laden with SiO2 or other insoluble particulates. Specifically, it provides a solution for continuously cleaning the packing material and spray nozzles in scrubber systems to prevent clogging caused by insoluble materials. By preventing the build-up of these materials, the long-term efficiency of the scrubber system will be positively influenced by reducing manufacturing downtime, minimizing system wear and tear, and lowering maintenance costs.
As a core value of Verantis, we always strive to continuously improve our technical capabilities so we may apply the best and most innovative environmental control solutions to our customers' unique and complex applications. "In order to continuously offer our customers with solutions that meet their present and long-term needs, it is imperative that we place an emphasis on improving our current product offerings while introducing new methods for environmental control. This pending patent is a showcase of that." (Rajesh Ganeshan, Director of Asia Sales)
