Plastic Fans

Meeting the needs of your corrosive applications.

plastic-fanAt Verantis, we understand that sometimes an FRP fan is not needed for your application and that a plastic fan will meet your needs. We also understand that sometimes you need both. That is why we are pleased to provide a new series of Verantis Plastic Fans to meet the needs of your corrosive applications.

Our plastic fans are built to excel in your environment. They can even be used in potentially explosive areas (zones 1 and 2) as our ATEX-certified fans offer maximum levels of safety concerning static charge and sparks.

We offer all standard plastics including: PP (Polypropylene), PPs (Polyphenylene Sulfide), PPs-el (Electrically Conductive Flame Retardant Polypropylene), PVDF (Polyvinylidene Difluoride), PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), and PE (Polyethylene).

  • You can choose between a direct drive (with/without frequency converter) or a fan belt drive, both with the use of standard 3-phase motors according to IEC.
  • A wide range of hub gasket systems are available from standard versions to gas-tight and water-tight models, we offer solutions based on your individual requirements.
  • Tested parameters and noise level data, coupled with optimized efficiency, are a matter of course according to ErP2013 and ErP2015.

Fan units can be installed in a variety of areas: indoor as well as outdoor, or even on the roof.
