A Verantis fluidized bed scrubber can replace your venturi/packed scrubber combination with a single device. We can replace your existing packed tower with a fluidized bed scrubber design to solve your fouling problems, increase capacity, add particulate removal capability, and control your environment.

Fluidized bed scrubbers effectively remove PM10 and PM2.5 particulate while achieving high-efficiency gas absorption. They contain special packing that lifts and fluidizes in a specific liquid-to-gas flow range, producing a highly turbulent zone that prevents solid build-up while achieving intimate contact between the gas and liquid.
